Why choose SignalHire over Contact Out?
Contact out is an Email Searching Engine designed to find anyone's email & phone # © They claim to be able to find emails for up to 75% of the western world (according to their infographics they cover the United States and the United Kingdom mostly).
To start using the tool you need to install contact out extension (it is supported for Chrome browser only). The extension has 4 out of 5 stars on the Chrome Store which is pretty good but there are plenty of similar services that have 4.5 or even higher ratings. Once the contactout extension is installed, you need to open user's LinkedIn profile. By clicking on the extension's icon you will we able to see if any email or phone number is found. Also, they support finding emails and phone numbers on GitHub.
Although Contactout.com is a pretty well-known tool, these days you have a really big choice of similar services at a much more competitive pricing. SignalHire is one of them. In addition to real-time verified contact information that you can get by using Signal Hire, you get access to the internal database of SignalHire. It contains over 400 mln professional profiles worldwide (over 140 mln ones are in the United States along) and gets updated on a daily basis.
Contactout pricing is not mentioned on their website. However, there is some feedback on the WEB telling on how much contactout is. According to them, the pricing is over $2300 per year per user. Many users had a life-time free trial with them, however, ContactOut has started shutting down such accounts so that they don't have access to contactout chrome extension anymore.
