Extension asks me to log in although I am already logged in

If SignalHire extension asks you to sign in although you are already signed in to the platform, please do the following actions:

1. Log out & log in again to your SignalHire account.
• To log out from your account simply click on the Log Out button located just under the My Account button in the upper right corner of your browser screen.
• Afterwards, the system will automatically redirect you to the Sign in page. Type in your email address&password and click on the Sign in button.

If it does not help, proceed to next actions.

2. Type chrome://settings/content/cookies into your address bar. The "Block third party cookies" option should be disabled/turned off.

If it does not help, proceed to next actions.

3. Try visiting a LinkedIn profile page to see if the SignalHire extension works properly.

Disable (do not delete) all other browser extensions. To do so, type chrome://extensions into browser’s address bar and click on the switch icons.

Refresh the LinkedIn profile page to make sure you're getting results.
